Approach

In an urban location amidst the industrial charm between the Spree and Rummelsburg Bay, the floating, stationary Dock 10 is located in the harbor. The former youth ship has been an integral part of our portfolio since mid-2019. It is easy to reach on foot along the beautiful promenade of Rummelsburger Bucht from Rummelsburg S-Bahn station. Alternatively, take streetcar 21 in the direction of S Schöneweide to the Gustav-Holzmann-Straße stop.

FAQ

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

As we are a catering company, it is not permitted to bring your own food and drinks. to bring along. Our in-house catering service, the Spreeküche, is pleased to provide catering for your celebration, including vegan or vegetarian options. Simply contact us for detailed planning

Who grills the meat on board?

Our staff freshly grills all barbecue items on site. In summer we also barbecue in the rain. If necessary, we reserve the right to pre-cook barbecue items in the kitchen.. In the winter months from November to March we do not offer a BBQ.

Can we bring our own decorations?

After consultation with our staff, it is permitted to bring your own decorations. We have a basic set of decorations on board that you are welcome to use. Due to the significant cleaning effort required, we have a strict ban on glitter and confetti at Dock 10.
Failure to do so will result in higher cleaning costs.

Can I bring my dog with me?

If this has been approved by the organizer of the celebration, you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you.

Can I pay by EC card on site?

Yes, payment can be made on site by EC card so that any additional consumption can be settled. Alternatively, we can also charge any additional costs in the final invoice after the event.

What happens if something is damaged or we don't follow the rules?

The contractual partner is liable for any damage incurred, such as the clogging of our toilets due to improper use, damage to furniture such as lounge furniture or deckchairs or the use of confetti despite the ban.z of the ban.
The event organizer can organize the celebration if the safety of the guests is at risk. This includes entering the water jumping, throwing things into the water, etc.
Depending on the adversity, the first step is to issue a warning. If no changes are made, we reserve the right to cancel the event. The event manager enforces the house rules, which must be observed for everyone’s safety.

What are the cancellation fees?

You can cancel free of charge until 23:59 on the day of booking.
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for the period thereafter.
For this, 25% of the order amount is due up to 8 weeks before the appointment, 50% of the invoice amount up to 4 weeks before the appointment, 75% of the invoice amount up to 2 weeks before the appointment and 100% of the invoice amount from 2 weeks before the appointment.
If you wish to postpone the raft trip to another date, a postponement fee equal to the cancellation fee will be charged.
