But the location also determines how well this content reaches your audience and how comfortable your guests feel. Dock10 boasts a unique view and a skillful mix of industrial design and a cosy atmosphere. Between presentations, all participants can relax on the terrace, exchange ideas and enjoy the view of the Spree, the Plänterwald forest and the TV tower in the distance. When the weather is nice, the room can also be opened up to the water, providing pleasant air during the event.

Would you like to take your employees away from their day-to-day work to develop new ideas for your company? Are you planning an interactive workshop?
Dock10 offers an excellent setting for this. Our employees also know how to plan and carry out events. During good weather, the terrace on deck can also be utilized to set up equipment, small courses or other interactive elements.
Alternatively, we can also set up a lounge area for you.
Size of the location & capacity
The 135 sqm event room is located at water level and has its own small terrace. In the upper area of the location you will find two large terraces with a total of around 200 sqm.
The meeting room can accommodate up to 60 people. A further 90 people can be accommodated on deck.
Pricing Details
The event location can be booked from 40 people and around €3,000.00 gross. This includes the costs for the minimum beverage consumption, champagne reception and canapés as well as all fixed costs such as renting a level (room or sun terrace) and staff. The price depends on the number of people and the duration, the number of bars used and the staff required. The minimum rental period for the location is 4 hours.

In addition to basic technical equipment such as a projector, screen, microphone, sound and lighting system and furniture, Dock10 has two fully equipped bars, two buffet areas and a barbecue station including accessories.
Connection
An in-house jetty as well as the nearby Rummelsburg S-Bahn station and the Gustav-Holzmann-Straße streetcar station ensure an uncomplicated journey.
There are plenty of parking spaces available in the surrounding residential area and in Gustav-Holzmann-Straße for those arriving by car.

Concentrated and focused
Our comfortable chairs and seating options ensure your participants can focus on presentations.
Everything in view
The large roller shutter and the lighting in the room ensure good illumination. The high proportion of natural light also has a positive effect on concentration. At the same time, the room can be darkened at any time for presentations.
Good acoustics
The room itself already offers good acoustics, which are supported by appropriate equipment such as microphones and speakers, so that even the back rows can follow presentations effortlessly. A projector is of course also available.
To ensure that all participants have enough space and can move around freely, we work with you to plan the optimum room layout and seating.
Please note that our location is situated at the jetty on Rummelsburg Bay, which means that boats may occasionally dock and leave. Although we can easily facilitate undisturbed lectures and presentations, please note that continuous silence for 6 to 8 hours cannot be assured. Our premises are therefore particularly suitable for lively staff events, inspiring network meetings and creative events where a relaxed atmosphere is an advantage.
