Flight Pants – Premium Down Expedition Pants for Extreme Cold

Engineered for mountaineering, alpine expeditions, and harsh winter environments, the Flight Pants deliver serious warmth without unnecessary bulk. Weighing just 12.5 oz (360 g), these insulated pants are filled with 850+ fill power ethically sourced goose down, offering exceptional heat retention in a lightweight, highly compressible package—small enough to fit in your pack alongside essential gear.

For rugged performance in severe weather, the seat and knees are reinforced with Gore Windstopper™ laminated shell fabric, providing extra durability and water resistance in high-wear areas. The rest of the pant features a breathable microfiber shell that keeps weight low while ensuring comfort during active use.

Full-length, two-way YKK® separating zippers make it easy to pull the Flight Pants on or off over boots or crampons, while the adjustable waist belt ensures a secure fit. Adjustable ankle closures with draft protection help seal in warmth, making these pants an indispensable layer for high-altitude climbs, base camp comfort, and extreme cold-weather pursuits.
